Strike Day in London

So I jumped on my bike at lunchtime today to take a few shots of those taking industrial action. The centre of London was awash with people. Of course, there were huge numbers of children joining the march as their schools were closed. Young and old, blowing whistles, banging drums, chanting - all very well humoured. The LGBT community seemed to be out in huge number, as were the Stop the War coalition. Maybe the excuse to get out on the streets was too much of an opportunity to miss.
